3. Account Registration & Responsibility

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

• All services billed in advance
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Pricing may change with notice

• No unlawful or fraudulent use
• No unauthorized access or hacking
• No reverse engineering or copying
• No resale without written permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform rights remain with Vilok Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use the services.

Customer retains ownership of data. The company may process data solely to provide services. No guarantee is provided for data backup or recovery.

8. Service Availability (No Guarantee)

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. No guarantee of uptime, availability, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months.

10. Termination & Suspension

Services may be suspended or terminated immediately without notice in case of violation or non-payment. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

11. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond control including technical or natural disruptions.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Vilok Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The company operates strictly on an advance payment basis, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is received.

2. No Cancellation After Payment

Payment made by the customer shall be treated as final confirmation of the order and acceptance of services. Cancellation requests will not be entertained after payment, irrespective of usage status.

3. Exceptional Cases (Company Discretion Only)

Any request for cancellation or refund may be considered only in rare and exceptional cases:

• Prior written intimation before service initiation
• Formal written approval by Vilok Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
• Approval strictly at the sole discretion of the company

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

4. Strictly Non-Refundable

• Setup, onboarding, or implementation fees
• Custom development or configuration work
• Services delivered or in progress
• Training sessions (scheduled or completed)
• Subscription charges (used or unused)
• Consumed SMS, API, licenses, or third-party services

5. No Pro-Rata or Partial Refunds

Vilok Solutions Pvt. Ltd. does not provide any pro-rata, partial, or unused-period refunds under any circumstances.

Vilok Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or denial of refund/cancellation requests.

The company reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any request. All decisions shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
