We may use your contact information through our Sales Managers and Support Engineers to share important information about the usage of our Services and possible ways to improve them or to handle issues you have reported.
BreezeFSM (a product by Vilok Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) Field Sales Management App collects location data after you open the app and log in, including to identify nearby parties’ locations, including when the app is running in the background and not visibly in use, as permitted by your device settings and consent.
We may access the phone contacts list and call history details where supported by the platform and permitted by you, for business reporting that the user may share with their team.

Calendar – Used to create events in the calendar.
Call logs – Where the operating system permits, access to call logs helps us provide reminders based on recent calls or integrate call-related information into the app’s functionality. Call log data may also be used for certain business reports.
Camera – Used for photos for visits to parties, and—when enabled by your employer—for employee photo registration, face-related verification, and attendance-related capture. See also Face data, biometric information, and camera (mobile app) below.
Contacts – Used to create leads by copying contact information into the app, where permitted.
Background location – Used to obtain current GPS location and tracking for workforce features, subject to permission and platform rules.
Microphone – Used for features such as voice-to-text (including services provided via platform libraries such as Google’s where applicable).
Music and video – Used for features such as learning-related content and alarms to notify users, where applicable.
Notifications – Used to deliver important updates, alerts, and messages relevant to the app’s functionality.
Phone – Used to place calls from the app and, where permitted, to access call-related information for analytics and reporting.
Photos and videos – Used to upload or select images or videos within the app and to save media to the device where permitted.
Files and storage – Used to store and open business files (for example exports, PDFs, attachments, or on-device data needed for offline work) where permitted.
Bluetooth – Where the operating system shows a Bluetooth permission, it supports connectivity-related behavior required by integrated libraries or background-capable features.
Media / Apple Music (iOS) – Where the system requests access related to media or Apple Music, it is required only by integrated audio or media-related SDKs; we do not use this for advertising.
Face ID / fingerprint (device biometrics) – Where you choose to use device biometric unlock to access the app, verification is performed by the operating system. We do not use this for advertising.
All of the above permissions are requested with user consent where required. The app presents a reason for sensitive permissions on supported platforms. This is a business application; some permissions may be essential for your employer’s configured workflows.
